There is a 1-year waiting period imposed on any additional retakes after 3 consecutively failed certification attempts. If you would like to apply to have the 1-year waiting period waived, please fill out the following application and GIAC will consider your request.

Describe in detail any additional preparation you have completed after your last unsuccessful exam attempt that relates to your certification's exam objectives (books read, training completed).
Describe in detail any additional hands-on lab work you have completed to prepare for this certification since your last unsuccessful attempt.
